• Flat rate fee covers labor only and does not include any additional parts necessary to complete repair.  Additional parts deemed necessary by the technician will be billed to the customer upon their consent to repair.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges BOTH ways (normally UPS ground can ship a laptop for $15 and a desktop for $25)
• PC Outlet is not responsible for damage caused while in transit.
